Governance change for Sofinord, ARMONIA’s holding

The Sofinord group, ARMONIA’s holding company, recently celebrated its 50th anniversary. On this occasion, Patrick Thélot, Founding Chairman, announced that he would pass on the chairmanship to his son, Jean-Baptiste Thélot, in September 2025.

Jean-Baptiste Thélot, with more than 10 years of experience leading ICTS France, will be tasked with continuing the Group’s development. This transition marks a major turning point for ARMONIA, a division of the Sofinord group, with a focus on innovation, internationalization and training, while further strengthening the social and environmental commitments initiated by his father.

Patrick Thélot, who will remain Chairman of the Supervisory Board, shared:

"This handover represents half a century of a human and entrepreneurial adventure. After 50 years of an incredible collective journey, now is the ideal time to prepare for the future. Choosing a family succession brings me great joy and is a conscious choice. Approved unanimously by his brothers and sisters, I am convinced that Jean-Baptiste will drive the acceleration of the Sofinord Group’s development."

As he takes over the reins of the Group, Jean-Baptiste Thélot aims to build upon the solid foundations laid by his father while infusing fresh momentum. "Investing in research and development is essential to enhance the Group’s innovation positioning and consolidate its status as a leader in the evolving service industries."

This handover symbolizes strong family continuity, a clear focus on the future, and renewed ambitions for the Sofinord Group and its ARMONIA division.
