Our CSR Approach
Our sustainable performance is born from the balance between economic, human, and environmental impact.
Making people resonate
People are at the heart of our profession, which is why this pillar is a key focus of our CSR approach. We act to ensure the sustainable development and fulfillment of our talents. Through our ARMONIA Académie des Métiers, we offer structured, professional training, and with the ARMONIA Futur Leader program, we actively prepare tomorrow’s managers. By listening to our teams—as measured in particular by our eNPS survey—we continuously improve their employee experience.
We also strive to guarantee a safe, inclusive, and caring work environment: two dedicated social workers, disability and harassment advisors, the HandiSolidaires mission, as well as specific support systems for female employees affected by endometriosis, are all concrete evidence of this.
Lastly, our commitment to diversity and equal opportunities is reflected in tangible actions, recognized commitments, and active support for associations.
Playing in unison with our planet
At ARMONIA, our environmental commitment is reflected in clear, measurable action. We manage waste collection using consolidated data with Greenwishes, and we regularly mobilize our teams during World Clean Up Day to make a tangible difference in the communities where we operate.
We are also taking action to reduce our digital footprint. Our IT department is implementing initiatives to cut IT waste and tackle digital pollution, in line with our internal commitments.
Our new uniform policy is another example of this responsible transformation. We are streamlining our collections around a single model, reducing production volumes and the associated emissions, and giving preference to committed partners such as Sakina M’SA and La Cravate Solidaire. Through all these actions, we remain attentive to the carbon footprint of our services, working to reduce our environmental impact and contribute in concrete ways to the ecological transition.
A sustainable symphony with our stakeholders
We engage our entire ecosystem—employees, clients, and partners—around a responsible, shared vision. Initiatives such as the Café des Dirigeants foster dialogue, sharing of best practices, and innovation to create more sustainable work environments.
We also encourage collective engagement through the Challenge ODDyssée, which raises awareness and involves our teams with the UN’s Sustainable Development Goals.
Our approach is based on demanding standards: assessment by CyberVadis to ensure the robustness of our practices regarding ethics and cybersecurity, and deployment of an Ethics Charter guiding our commitments to integrity, compliance, and responsibility.
We also integrate responsible criteria into our procurement, favoring local, engaged, and adapted sector partners, to create a positive impact throughout our value chain.

Rethinking the uniform
At ARMONIA, we have thoroughly rethought our uniform strategy to align it fully with our CSR values, returning to its essential role: to identify, protect, create consistency, and represent. We have therefore decided to move away from short-lived collections in favor of a single, durable, high-quality outfit.
This approach reflects our desire to innovate responsibly by simplifying our practices and adopting a more controlled and sustainable consumption model. In collaboration with Armor Lux, a French company with the Entreprise du Patrimoine Vivant label, we offer a shared collection to all our staff, strengthening visual unity and reinforcing our professional image.
This also represents concrete action against textile waste, helping to reduce carbon emissions and limit waste in a particularly impactful sector. In practical terms, this transformation allows ARMONIA to save 756 tons of CO₂, equivalent to nearly 100 trips around the Earth by plane.
A choice that combines elegance, responsibility, and performance, in the service of both our clients and our teams.
The people-first and service-culture framing remains coherent with the ARMONIA deck’s tone, especially its emphasis on talents, client experience, and structured transformation.
