Appointment of Sophie Auger-Mongenot as CEO of ARMONIA

ARMONIA is pleased to announce the appointment of Sophie Auger-Mongenot as CEO of ARMONIA. 

Sophie Auger-Mongenot succeeds Guillaume Amar. 

With more than 15 years of experience at ARMONIA, Sophie Auger-Mongenot previously held the position of Managing Director of the ARMONIA Workplace division, which includes the brands Facilitess, Armonia Hospitality, Steamo, and Tertio. She also led ARMONIA's subsidiaries in Dubai and Saudi Arabia.   

Holding degrees in Political Science and International Relations, Sophie has spent over 25 years working in various service companies in operational, commercial, and then executive management roles.

Sophie comes from a bicultural family and spent her early years in Africa. She is the mother of two children and is also pursuing further studies this year. She has joined the Master’s in General Management at ESSEC. She is also active in various associations such as Les Rois du Monde and African Diaspora Women, which recently awarded her the Inspiring Woman Award.
