ARMONIA hosts the 8th Café des Dirigeants Engagés

The Café des Dirigeants Engagés : challenges, but above all, solutions!

At ARMONIA, we had the pleasure of hosting the 8th Café des Dirigeants Engagés, a key moment to advance the inclusion of workers with disabilities.

On February 12, this edition looked to the future: young people. Committed companies no longer want to miss out on the benefits of neurodiversity and reaffirm their desire to build an ever more inclusive working environment.

As the Disability Law of 2005 celebrates its 20th anniversary, this founding text was at the heart of discussions, with an inspiring briefing by Sophie Cluzel, sponsor of the Manifeste Inclusion.

Another major issue: the end of approved agreements, which threatens the disability ecosystem and support for associations. The Manifeste Inclusion intends to continue dialogue with the government to defend committed companies.

And as always, this Café des Dirigeants Engagés was a moment of practical exchange, with a toolbox full of actionable solutions. Let’s get inspired, let’s act!
