An inclusive policy that promotes social and human well-being

ARMONIA continues to take concrete steps to promote diversity, accessibility, social inclusion, and quality of life in the workplace

ARMONIA recently reaffirmed its commitment by signing the Diversity Charter at Paris City Hall. This significant step underscores the Group’s conviction that diversity and inclusion are essential drivers of performance, innovation, and social cohesion.

As a committed player and a champion of workplace harmony, ARMONIA places people at the heart of its development strategy and employee experience.

A Concrete Commitment to Diversity and Inclusion

The diversity policy is based on concrete and measurable actions, implemented on a daily basis across all of the Group’s business lines: corporate reception, reception services, customer relationship centers, tenant services, multi-technical maintenance, and event management.

The company structures its commitment around several key areas:

Disabilities: 13 disability liaisons on staff and an employment rate exceeding legal requirements, with partnerships established with LADAPT, APF France Handicap, Unapei, and Groupe Ares;

Seniors: signing of the Senior+ Charter in 2025 to leverage employees’ experience and skills;

Social Inclusion: Support for newcomers and people far from the job market through partnerships with Utopia 56, Humando, Each One, SPILE, the M6 Foundation, and Wake Up Café;

Mental Health: Support for specialized organizations such as the Plateforme Réhab Paris Nord.

The Group is also a member of the CCI’s “Les entreprises s’engagent” network, thereby strengthening its commitment to social and societal issues.

People at the Heart of Performance

Because its business relies above all on the men and women who make it happen, ARMONIA works every day to promote:

  • equal opportunity;
  • combating discrimination;
  • promoting skills;
  • expanding career opportunities;
  • an inclusive and sustainable work environment.

By renewing its commitment to the Diversity Charter, ARMONIA reaffirms its dedication to balancing economic performance, positive social impact, and corporate responsibility.

Through this initiative, the Group continues to pursue its commitment with rigor, conviction, and responsibility in order to build work environments that are increasingly inclusive, responsible, and engaged.
