ARMONIA has reached another major milestone in its strategy for sustainable performance and corporate responsibility. Following audits conducted by Bureau Veritas, the Group has obtained ISO 9001 and ISO 45001 certifications, confirming the strength of its organizational structures, the quality of its services, and its commitment to occupational health and safety.
This recognition reinforces the continuous improvement initiative undertaken by ARMONIA across all its business lines: facility management, hospitality management, corporate reception, customer relationship centers, corporate concierge services, multi-technical maintenance, corporate security services, and occupant services.
ISO 9001: Quality Certification for All of ARMONIA’s Areas of Expertise
ISO 9001 certification covers all of the ARMONIA Group’s activities. It attests to the Group’s process control, the quality of its services, and the ability of its teams to ensure a high standard of operational excellence in serving its clients.
ISO 45001: Strengthening Occupational Health and Safety
ISO 45001 certification has been obtained for the Group’s technical expertise, notably Facilitess, Steamo, and Tertio, as well as for the Facility Management and Operations scope led by ARMONIA Hospitality.
It confirms the Group’s commitment to occupational risk prevention, improving working conditions, and ensuring employee safety across all client sites.
This initiative directly applies to activities related to finish work maintenance, construction projects, building solutions, technical services, and the operation of work environments.
A continuation of the ISO 20121 certification
These new certifications are part of an initiative already underway at ARMONIA, which is already ISO 20121 certified for its event management activities in Paris and the Île-de-France region.
