Jean-Baptiste Thélot
Chairman of Sofinord
Jean-Baptiste Thélot embodies a new generation at the helm of a family group founded in 1974.
A graduate of ENSAM and ESSEC, he began his career at Kéa, a strategy consultancy firm, before joining Sofinord in 2013. He assumed operational management of ICTS France, becoming Managing Director in 2016, and consolidated the growth of this international security and airport services division for over ten years.
In September 2025, he succeeds his father Patrick Thélot as Chairman of Sofinord, and thus takes the lead of ARMONIA.
His ambition is to make ARMONIA an international leader in facility management by placing service excellence, responsible innovation, and employee experience at the heart of his strategy.

Sophie Auger-Mongenot
Managing Director of ARMONIA
With degrees in Political Science and International Relations, as well as a Master’s from ESSEC Business School, Sophie has built an exemplary career spanning over 25 years in service companies, holding key strategic business positions.
A determined leader, she stands out for her inclusive leadership and communicative energy, placing collective effort at the heart of performance. Her thorough knowledge of service industries and strong business focus guide her actions, both in France and internationally, where she has developed a keen sensitivity.
She is also engaged in charity work, notably supporting Les Rois du Monde and African Diaspora Women, which recognized her with the Inspiring Woman Award.
Since 2024, she has served as Managing Director of ARMONIA, where she is driving ambitious transformation for the group, guided by her two personal drivers: people and service excellence.

Faicel Bitar
Deputy Managing Director of ARMONIA Morocco
With over 30 years of international experience (Canada, Mediterranean Region, Morocco), Marine P.Eng Engineer, holding a Master’s in management and business administration from ISCAE and currently pursuing an EMBA at ESG UQAM (Class of 2025–2027), Faicel BITAR combines technical and managerial expertise in Facility Management, forged through a career covering North America (Canada, USA), Morocco, and the Mediterranean (Spain, France, Italy, Turkey, and Slovenia).
During his time at leading industry groups, Sodexo Maroc, Noram, VINCI, EQUANS, and GDI-Ainsworth, he led major operational transformations: process modernization, cost optimization, team development, and sustainable, measurable performance.
His added value lies in his ability to turn strategic vision into concrete operational results, mobilizing field teams, partners, and stakeholders around common goals.
Since July 2026, Faicel BITAR has been Deputy Managing Director at Armonia Facilities Morocco, overseeing operational strategy and the development of Facility Management activities in the Moroccan market.
