Armonia strengthens its international position through a partnership with Bouwens&!

Armonia Group, one of the main players in Facilities Solutions, announces the acquisition of a majority stake in the Dutch company Bouwens&. This strategic acquisition allows Armonia to strengthen its offer to businesses and confirm its position abroad.
Founded in 2003, Bouwens& specializes in hospitality management, with particular expertise in hospitality and security services, which account for more than 90% of its revenue. Since 2019, Bouwens& has also deployed its expertise to benefit events activities.
Bouwens& achieved a turnover of 8.5 million euros in 2020 and employs 210 people. The company operates mainly in the west of the country for around forty clients across all sectors.

This partnership illustrates Armonia's determination to strengthen its position as a leader in the hospitality management sector in Europe, where the market is highly competitive.
The experience and in-depth market knowledge of Bouwens& gives Armonia the opportunity for privileged access to affinity professional objectives in the Netherlands, Belgium and Luxembourg.
The complementarity of skills and expertise strengthens Armonia's hospitality activities to continue creating memorable and innovative experiences for its clients.
