Global vision, local leadership
ARMONIA is part of Sofinord, a family-owned group founded in 1974 and built on a strong culture of service and entrepreneurship.
At international level, the Group and ARMONIA are led by a governance team that defines the strategic direction of the company and supports its development across markets.
In Spain, this vision is implemented by a multidisciplinary leadership team combining strategic, operational, financial, commercial and people expertise to support the development of ARMONIA Spain.
Jean-Baptiste Thélot
President of Sofinord
Jean-Baptiste Thélot represents a new generation at the helm of a family group founded in 1974.
A graduate of ENSAM and ESSEC, he began his career at Kéa, a strategy consulting firm, before joining Sofinord in 2013. There, he took charge of the operational management of ICTS France, becoming Managing Director in 2016 and consolidating more than ten years of growth for this international division focused on security and airport services.
In September 2025, he succeeded his father Patrick Thélot as President of Sofinord and thereby became the head of ARMONIA.
His ambition is to make ARMONIA an international leader in facility management by placing service excellence, responsible innovation, and employee experience at the core of his strategy.
Sophie Auger-Mongenot
CEO of ARMONIA
Educated in Political Science and International Relations, and from ESSEC Business School, Sophie has built an outstanding career spanning more than 25 years in the services sector, where she has held senior strategic and commercial roles.
A truly committed leader, she is known for her inclusive leadership and strong communication skills, placing the collective at the heart of performance. Her in-depth knowledge of service industries and her strong business orientation guide her actions both in France and internationally, where she has developed a strong cross-cultural awareness.
Highly involved in the non-profit sector, she supports initiatives such as Les Rois du Monde and African Diaspora Women, which awarded her the Inspiring Woman Award.
Since 2024, she has served as Chief Executive Officer of ARMONIA, where she is leading an ambitious transformation of the group, guided by her two personal drivers: people and service excellence.

Jorge Peláez de Castro
Chief Executive Officer Spain
Jorge Peláez de Castro holds a Law degree from Universidad Autónoma de Madrid and a Global MBA from IE Business School.
He began his career in Human Resources at Falcon Contratas y Seguridad, where he progressively assumed management responsibilities.
In 2013, he joined ARMONIA as Business Manager, contributing to the development of the Group’s commercial strategy in Spain.
In 2018, he became General Manager of ARMONIA Spain.
As Chief Executive Officer Spain, he leads the company’s strategic direction and development in the Spanish market.
María Vila
Chief Financial Officer
María Vila holds a degree in Business Administration and Management from Universitat Abat Oliba CEU and a postgraduate qualification in Business Taxation from Universitat de Barcelona.
She began her career in accounting at Gabinete Rocafort Asesores Asociados. In 1998, she became Head of Accounting at 141 Worldwide and later held the same position at the human resources company Bosel.
In 2002, she joined Metropolis as Finance Director. Following Metropolis’ integration into the ARMONIA Group in 2018, she continued in this role while taking on broader responsibilities as Finance Director for the Group in Spain.
Today, as Chief Financial Officer, she oversees the financial management of ARMONIA Spain and supports the company’s development through financial planning, management control and strategic decision-making.
Rubén García
Chief Operations Officer
Rubén García holds a Higher Technician qualification in Administration and Finance. He began his career in the retail sector, holding key account and operations management positions in several international companies across Spain.
Throughout his career, he has developed extensive leadership experience, managing multidisciplinary teams of up to 200 people and combining a strong strategic perspective with a commercial approach.
He has also led different digital projects, contributing to the transformation and evolution of the business units under his responsibility.
In 2022, he joined ARMONIA to lead Corporate Reception operations at national level. As Chief Operations Officer, he brings together operational leadership, business vision and transformation experience to support the development of ARMONIA Spain.
José María Ramos
Chief Strategy & Transformation Officer
José María Ramos holds a Law degree from Universidad Pontificia Comillas (ICAI-ICADE). He began his professional career at a boutique law firm in Madrid.
After joining the ARMONIA Group as Business Development Manager & Legal Counsel, he progressed to the role of Chief Corporate Development Officer, leading the Group’s growth and corporate development initiatives.
He currently serves as Chief Strategy & Transformation Officer, defining, leading and coordinating the company’s overall transformation and ensuring alignment between vision, strategy and execution.
In this role, he is responsible for setting strategic objectives, designing transformation plans and ensuring their effective implementation, coordinating different areas of the organization and reporting directly to the Management Committee.
His responsibilities include digital transformation, customer and employee experience, brand, regulatory compliance and inorganic growth, with the aim of strengthening ARMONIA’s position in the market through a distinctive and sustainable service model.
Juan López Marruedo
Security & Safety Services Director
Juan López Marruedo holds a Teaching diploma from Universitat de Barcelona and a Law degree from UNED. He also holds three master’s degrees: Human Resources Management from UNED, Labour Law from ICAB, and Occupational Risk Prevention from Universitat de Barcelona.
He began his career in private security in 1986, shortly after completing his university studies. In 1988, he became Head of Services at Punto y Control, where he later progressed to Head of Personnel.
After more than 30 years of experience in the private security sector, he joined Metropolis in 2017. Following the company’s integration into ARMONIA in 2018, Juan took responsibility for leading the Group’s security operations in Spain.
Pablo Brun Llobera
Cleanliness & Logistics Services Director
Pablo Brun Llobera has specialist training in different areas of professional cleaning, including pest control, hospital disinfection and hygiene protocols for infectious diseases, as well as training in team leadership and cleaning service management.
He began his career at Ilunion in 1994 as a cleaner at ONCE kiosks and quickly progressed to leading the cleaning team for the Maremagnum shopping centre construction project in Barcelona. His leadership skills subsequently led him to manage 20 night cleaning crews and, two years later, to take on direct client management responsibilities.
In 2019, he joined ARMONIA as Account Manager and, later that same year, became Director of Cleaning and Logistics Operations. Today, as Cleanliness & Logistics Services Director, he leads these activities for ARMONIA in Spain.
Patricia Serrano
Event & Brand Director
Patricia Serrano holds a degree in Journalism, Advertising and Public Relations from Universidad San Pablo CEU. She began her professional career through internships in media organizations including COPE, El Economista and Edimoda while completing her university studies.
After graduating, she moved into the events sector as an Account Executive at Agencia Ego, where she managed event staff and client accounts.
In 2016, she joined Grupo Paraguas, a leading restaurant group in Spain. As Event Manager and Brand Ambassador, she developed and coordinated events for well-known brands from different sectors, including Netflix, Pepe Jeans and Air Europa.
She joined the ARMONIA Group in July 2023 as Event & Brand Director for Spain, combining responsibility for the company’s event activity with the development and positioning of the ARMONIA brand in the Spanish market.
Alina Beldeán
Chief Special Employment Center Officer
Alina Beldeán holds a degree in Social Work from Universitat Rovira i Virgili. She began her professional career supporting people in vulnerable situations, with a particular focus on social and labour market inclusion through her work at Cruz Roja.
Over time, she developed experience in managing teams and projects related to the employment of people with disabilities. After an initial period in the public sector, she moved into the business environment, joining Grupo SIFU with the aim of building bridges between social inclusion and economic activity.
Throughout her career, her work has focused on creating real and sustainable employment opportunities in collaboration with companies committed to diversity and inclusion.
She joined the ARMONIA Group in 2023 and currently leads ARMONIA Acción Social, ARMONIA’s Special Employment Center. More recently, she also took on responsibility for the ARMONIA Foundation, promoting initiatives focused on supporting, training and empowering different groups in their personal and professional development.
She coordinates a team providing services in mainstream work environments, helping companies meet the requirements of Spain’s General Disability Law while promoting inclusive and professional workplaces.
Yolanda Cid
Head of Talent
Yolanda Cid holds a degree in Education, postgraduate training in Labour Management and a master’s degree in Strategic Human Resources Management. She has more than 20 years of experience in Human Resources, having developed her career across different sectors and companies in dynamic, people-focused environments.
She specializes in the design and implementation of training plans, consultancy projects and recruitment processes, combining technical knowledge with extensive operational experience.
Throughout her career, she has developed strong analytical skills, a results-oriented approach and a clear commitment to providing high-quality service to both internal and external stakeholders.
Her experience in national and international companies has given her a broad perspective on talent management across different business environments. She currently leads the Talent area at ARMONIA, driving strategies focused on attracting, developing and retaining talent.
Antonio Guijarro Flores
Chief Sales Officer
Antonio Guijarro Flores holds a degree in Architecture from Universidad Politécnica de Madrid (UPM) and an MBA from IE Business School. He has extensive experience in Facility Management and outsourced services.
He began his career at Claro Sol, where he progressed from Regional Manager to Facility Management Director. He later held senior commercial positions, including Sales Manager roles at leading companies such as ISS and CBRE GWS.
His experience spans outsourced services from both the client and provider perspectives. He worked as Lead of Outsourcing at Avis and later gained entrepreneurial experience as co-founder and manager of Auriga.
Antonio brings a multidisciplinary profile combining a strong commercial focus with a solid understanding of operations. His background in Architecture also enables him to take an integrated approach to service solutions, adapting each proposal to the physical and human characteristics of the client’s environment.
Jaime Sepúlveda
Hospitality Services Director
Jaime Sepúlveda holds a dual degree in Business Administration and Management and Tourism from Universidad Rey Juan Carlos (URJC), providing him with a strategic perspective on business management, marketing, finance and innovation.
He began his career at Walt Disney World in Orlando, where he trained and worked within an environment known for its high standards of customer service and operational excellence. During this period, he developed key skills such as attention to detail, empathy and anticipating guest needs, with a strong focus on creating memorable experiences.
Throughout his career, he has led initiatives aimed at improving customer satisfaction, optimizing internal processes and fostering collaborative working environments.
As Hospitality Services Director at ARMONIA Spain, he focuses on developing hospitality experiences that strengthen customer relationships, differentiate the company’s service offering and support a consistent experience across every point of contact.
