Armonia recognizes the key role played by its collaborators and Festina's social commitment

This month, we held a recognition event together with Festina to celebrate the real inclusion of people with functional diversity.

Festina has been collaborating with Armonia’s Special Employment Centre for more than 5 years, with a team of over 30 ARMONIA employees working at its facilities and carrying out a wide range of tasks related to the comprehensive management of the factory’s logistics processes.

At this event, where they were the true protagonists, we had the opportunity to spend time together and take part in group activities designed to symbolise unity, strengthen relationships and reinforce team spirit. In addition, as recognition for the excellent work they carry out, all employees received a gift consisting of two tickets to visit Casa Vicens, the first house designed by the renowned architect Antoni Gaudí.

During the event, we also recognised Festina for its contribution to creating genuine change and helping to build a more inclusive society. Its commitment is essential in giving visibility to the daily effort we make together to improve the quality of life of people with disabilities.

María Carmen Morales, from the Human Resources Department, and Vicenç Querol, from the Production Department, received the award.

Victoria López-Pando, National Manager of Armonia’s Special Employment Centre, thanked everyone present “who has made it possible to create an innovative, diverse and inclusive business project”.
