Armonia, a leading company in the Facilities Services sector, reaffirms its commitment to the labour integration of people with functional diversity by participating in the “Sí, i Millor! Di-Capacidad y Talento” job fair and the XIII Job Fair for People with Disabilities of the Community of Madrid. The company has 3 Special Employment Centres located in Madrid, Barcelona and Valencia in order to create jobs for people with disabilities. The social concept underpins its corporate values and is reflected in its lines of activity, which aim to optimise the social impact on the people they work with.

According to its CEE Director, Victoria López-Pando, “As a long-term challenge, we seek to develop business lines and offer new jobs to improve the employability of people with disabilities.” From the entity, they state that work enhances people's abilities and is a factor of autonomy and security, an issue that is inspiring to continue working every day.
