The Valencian Community hosts the Group’s third accredited Special Employment Center in Spain. This new project is in line with Armonia’s strategic approach, corporate culture and values, seeking to contribute to the socio-occupational integration of people with functional diversity by generating sustainable employment opportunities.

With this new Special Employment Center (CEE), Armonia aims to promote and raise the visibility of the work of people with different abilities in the workplace, as well as to provide employees with the training and support needed to achieve a higher level of employability and improve their socio-cultural life.

As Victoria López-Pando, Special Employment Center Director, has highlighted: “We want to continue generating job opportunities to contribute to the full inclusion of people with disabilities through an innovative, inclusive business model that embraces equality and diversity.”
