The Crece Programme, created through a partnership with the consultancy Plus Consulting, is an initiative aimed at identifying and optimising the company’s internal talent. This professional development, talent enhancement and leadership platform offers a range of tools, experiences and training opportunities for employees with potential. Areas covered include professional skills, self-awareness, setting future goals and developing soft skills, incorporating new tools alongside existing resources.
“Crece is a platform that allows you to take ownership of your own future, an opportunity to reach the next level,” says Jorge Peláez de Castro, CEO of Armonia Spain. In this way, mentoring is being introduced within the company to help promote talent development and retention, strengthen diversity and accelerate the achievement of corporate and strategic objectives.
