Armonia and the Red Cross partner for workforce integration

On November 4, the Director General of Armonia España, Jorge Peláez de Castro, and the Secretary General of the Red Cross, Leopoldo Pérez Suárez, signed an agreement to foster the social and labor market integration of the most disadvantaged groups, as well as to promote equal opportunities and the fight against gender-based violence.

Both organisations agree on the need to combine their efforts through a joint collaboration aimed at improving the employability of people who have fewer opportunities to access employment, helping them successfully face recruitment processes and job interviews.

As a company committed to #MakingAnImpact on people, we are very proud to sign this collaboration agreement with the Red Cross and to work together to help improve the employment situation of people in vulnerable circumstances in our country,” said Peláez de Castro.

The signing of this agreement represents a commitment to promoting diversity, inclusion and equal opportunities within the business community, an essential objective for the company and one it continues to work towards in order to create a positive and inclusive working environment for its entire workforce.

This collaboration with the Red Cross adds to other initiatives already undertaken by Armonia with organisations supporting people at risk of social exclusion, such as the Spanish Federation of Food Banks.

Armonia, experts in Facility Solutions, was created with the mission of providing a human, professional and high-quality service to the most demanding clients through a range of services related to the workplace and the maintenance of properties and buildings: Corporate Reception, Assistants & Access Control, Cleaning & Logistics, Security & Protection and Special Employment Centre.
